For this introduction project, We’ve been tasked in gathering letters of the alphabet from ‘natural’ or ‘unassuming’ places.

The purpose of this project is to look beyond images and see what they represent; rather than what they actually are, however this project argues that ‘what they are’ is a subjective characterisation, rather than an empirical one.

I went around my local area and school and took pictures of objects that, to the eye of the beholder, subjectively look like letters of the alphabet.
